Security Systems

  1. Control Panel - The "brains" of the system. It is housed in a metal enclosure usually located in a closet out of the way. You should not have to interact with it at all.
  2. Keypad - Includes a visual display and buttons similar to a phone pad. This is the device used to turn the system on or off by entering a numeric code.
  3. Door/Window Switch - A switch recessed into a door or window frame that reports to the system whether the door or window is open or closed.
  4. Motion Sensor - This device is used only when the house is not occupied. It is an interior trap for the event an intrusion was made other than opening a door or window. These devices can be made to ignore cats and small dogs.
  5. Siren - The siren sounds when the system is in alarm. It sounds very much like a police car siren. After a programmable period of time it will silence and reset. If another alarm is activated the process starts over.

Fire Alarm System

Smoke and heat detectors may be added to your security system. These devices are constantly supervised by the control panel. If one device is activated the entire system sounds an alarm.

Water Level Detectors: Sensors may be added for basement water detection, washing machine and water heater leaks, or other water detection needs that require attention.

Temperature Sensors: These sensors can report high or low temperature readings. Often times used for freezers and wine cellars.

24 Hour Monitoring Service: We maintain our own central monitoring station here in Wichita Falls. Your monitoring response is customized to your needs. We are not limited to dispatching the police department. We can call cell phones, pagers, or other services to respond as well.

Our monitors are trained on the operation of your system. They are able to answer most of your questions without having to page a technician to call you at a later time. If needed, we also maintain trained local service technicians available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
